9 months ago I left Munich and it's safe to say my world completely changed.

Not only did I move countries, I moved back home, after nearly 10 years of living here, there and everywhere. I went from independent and self sufficient to sharing my breakfast with a 3 year old and relying on my Mom to throw me out at the train station every morning. I began working in London and even moved to London (for a short stint). I became an Auntie and I met a boy. And that's not even the half of it!

I am currently sat in my childhood bedroom whilst the boy builds...yes builds our house!

So the story goes, the evening I moved home I ended up at a friends mothers wedding, bumping into a few old school friends. One said friend happened to be my former 13 year old boyfriend *excluding a few too many glasses of wine and unmemorable jager bombs* we ended up going for a drink the following afternoon. And the rest as they say is history. Well there was a sunny trip to Spain, a failed attempt to live in Australia and few wobbles in between but we are now here; a 3 week stint in Asia later and purchasing our first home together!

I have just finished throwing together a bit of a Munich hit list for a friend and got the writing itch so here I am! As I started to write I realised a lot has happened in the last nine month and this is the perfect place to record it, so expect lots of housey updates, London loving, trips and family fun!

Welcome to my next chapter...

'Pretty soon now you're gonna get older, Time may change me, But I can't trace time' - David Bowie.
